Apple's services business delivered another strong quarter, with revenue reaching $22.3 billion, up 16% year-over-year and above the $21.5 billion consensus. The segment now represents 25% of Apple's total revenue.
Key growth drivers included the App Store, Apple Music, and the rapidly expanding Apple TV+ streaming service. The company also reported record revenue from advertising and Apple Care services.
CEO Tim Cook highlighted the segment's 1 billion paid subscriptions milestone, noting that the services business "continues to demonstrate the power of our ecosystem and the loyalty of our customer base."
